Summary:ActiveState ActivePerl could allow a remote attacker to obtain the full path to the Web root. If a remote attacker sends a URL request for a .pl file that is non-existent, an error message would be returned that contains the path to the Web root directory. This information could be used to launch further attacks against the affected system.
