Title:CVE-2017-10662 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (xenial) - medium.
Description:The sanity_check_raw_super function in fs/f2fs/super.c in the Linux kernel before 4.11.1 does not validate the segment count, which allows local users to gain privileges via unspecified vectors. It was discovered that the Flash-Friendly File System (f2fs) implementation in the Linux kernel did not properly validate superblock metadata. A local attacker could use this to cause a denial of service (system crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code.
