Summary:Snort could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by the loading of (tcapi.dll) dynamic-linked libraries by executable installers. By placing a malicious DLL named tcapi.dll in remote directory where snort share .pcap files, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system.
