Summary: | Microsoft Exchange Servers using the Outlook Web Access (OWA) service is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. A remote attacker could embed malicious script within the HTTP_REFERER header in a URL request within the body of an email message, which would be executed in the victim's Web browser within the security context of the hosting site, once the URL is clicked. An attacker could use this vulnerability to steal the victim's cookie-based authentication credentials and obtain the name and IP address of the Exchange server. | ||||||
