Summary:OpenSC is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking of the sc_pkcs15emu_oberthur_add_data function of pkcs15-oberthur.c in Oberthur smart card software driver. By sending a specially-crafted request, a local attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process.
