Summary:

GraphicsMagick is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an error in the ReadBMPImage() function when handling malformed BMP images. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted BMP image file containing negative image heights, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the application to crash.
