Summary:Apple Safari could allow a remote attacker to conduct spoofing attacks, caused by the improper handling of protocol handlers by the window.open() function. By persuading a victim to visit a specially-crafted Web site, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to spoof the URL displayed in the address bar to redirect a user to a malicious Web site that would appear to be trusted.
