Vulnerability Name:

CCN-7927

Published:2000-10-19

Summary:Kerberos is vulnerable to a denial of service attack caused by improper parsing of -r or -l time-interval command line arguments. A local attacker could send a long string of d, h, m, or s characters using the -r or -l command line option to overwrite the stack and cause the computer to crash.
