Vulnerability Name:

CCN-79731

Published:2012-10-31
Updated:2012-10-31
Summary:LibreOffice is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a NULL pointer dereference in tllo.dll when handling the PolyPolygon record within embedded .wmf file in the Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 (PPT) files. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted .ppt file, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the application to terminate.
