Summary:FFmpeg is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a NULL pointer dereference in the hls_slice_header() function within libavcodec/hevc.c file. By persuading a victim to open a multimedia file containing specially-crafted picture data, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the application to crash.
